PIN is a non-profit cultural association whose objective is to promote contemporary jewellery, the exchange of information and experiences, and the development of theoretical and practical projects in the arts, and especially jewelry. In order to pursue its objectives, the association promotes workshops, training sessions, and other educational activities related to contemporary art and, in particular, contemporary jewellery; organizes meetings, debates, seminars, artistic residencies, exhibitions, and other cultural initiatives, both nationally and internationally; publishes articles and edits books, magazines, videos, or other multimedia media; promotes actions aimed at creating new audiences for contemporary art and, in particular, contemporary jewellery, namely, since 2021, the Lisbon Contemporary Jewellery Biennial.
For Cagnes-sur-Mer we asked our members to present jewellery that could be inspired by Suzy Solidor and her fascinating, glamorous, out-of-the-ordinary life.
