MDAC, Place du Château, 1st floor, 08600 Cagnes-sur-Mer
Contemporary jewellery, a whole story!
We live it daily in our National Diploma of Crafts and jewellery Design (Dnmade) within the Institut de Bijouterie de Saumur.
What place does jewellery hold in art and more broadly in our lives? What artistic and creative process, what intellectual research, graphic and experimental precede its birth? How do our bodies dialogue with it?
These questions are part of the journey and transform our students into curious and involved creators .
A fascinating three-year journey (bachelor level) in which teachers train students in theoretical courses ( history of jewellery – philosophy – communication – law….) and in practical workshops (creation – design – techniques of jewelry,…), but also through meetings with professionals, workshop and collaborations with emblematic art venues for ambitious projects.
