I have selected a group of works from the past 20 or so years that cover the diversity of my practice focusing on my jewellery. Each Vitrine represents an entire body of work whose story can be discovered in the Themes section on my website. I often work in Themes, revisiting them over years, each theme links to a specific set of experiences, often geographical and most certainly to material history and culture. The themes interlace and their research and documentation, the travel involved and the other works that form around them, the paintings, drawings, sculptures all form a part of that complex story telling that is beyond spoken language. The jewellery here represents a fragment of what I do, the residue if you like, all tiny wearable windows into whole worlds of stories.
