In this cross-conversation, jewellery artists Anna Talbot and Maud Traon—each known for their distinctive and recognisable aesthetic—will reflect on their twenty-year journey of making. From discovering their materials of choice to shaping the artistic language that defines their work today, they will explore how their different cultural backgrounds have influenced their practices, and how moving abroad to study added a new dimension to their work.
United by a shared love of colour, fairy tales, and alternative materials, they create magical worlds that remain grounded in deeper political and sociological ideas.
Echoing their showcase in the Château Grimaldi, they will also reveal the untold stories behind selected pieces and discuss the works that marked key turning points in their practice.
